Photogene is a fantastic app with a very intuitive interface. Highly recommended for goofing around with photos on your iPhone :)

I agree, you're not going to do any serious photo editing on your iPhone. Still, some of the lesser ambitious apps are pretty fun to tweak photos while away from a desktop.

Just a thought, but are photo editing applications really that great for the iPhone?
I see that the photo apps are all immensely popular and they sound mildly interesting in terms of functionality but even as a photo enthusiast myself I have always considered photos on the iPhone to be relatively novel at best.
I just don't really think I would use them to any real degree.

Tried Photogene but sad to say the Photoshop.com Mobile app works way better for me.

Easily the best Photoshop styled app. While other editors offer more features, it doesn't really translate to a small screen well and you might as well use a laptop/desktop. This is the app to make nice edits on the go.
